It was my first time here! After seeing an amazing reel on Instagram I had to come and check it out! I had got their enchiladas and my friend got their burrito. The food came out really quick and it was hot and fresh they also had green hot sauce and red hot sauce which were delicious and added the perfect amount of extra kick to it! Service was impeccable, water was always filled, waiters constantly came by and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. The place itself is beautiful inside and out, I will say parents beware for bringing younger kids, the music is fairly loud and it is not censored! I had came after a long day at work and it was surprising to say the least how loud the music was lol. I'm sure you can request seating in another part of the restaurant. If it's your birthday, you gotta come here. I got a chance to see how they throw down for a table if it's someone's birthday, they go all out!

1. The food, was amazing and the service, our waiter could not have been friendlier. We had pineapple margaritas, and then a house margarita. It was a fantastic experience. I will return.

Hey family! It's been a while and I'm almost out of hibernation since Spring is here. My co-worker told me about this place a while ago and I finally had a Wednesday where I wasn't doing anything so I decided to take a little drive to High Point. I specifically came on Wednesday because they have a special menu with items for $5.99 each. I made it worth my while and ordered some enchiladas, steak tacos, and guacamole. They automatically give you fresh chips and salsa. The food was really good and I feel appropriately priced and the portion sizes were great. I also got a peach margarita which was tasty. For me it was a little weak and next time I'll definitely add a shot to it. They also have some of those on the specials menu. The enchiladas were beef and the sauce was great. I also loved that the steak on the tacos were very well seasoned. Although I didn't get any pics outside or inside, it's really cute and clean. It felt very comfortable and I'm sure if I came with friends we'd stay a while. The service was good until the end but I don't blame my waitress as it got a little busier after I got there. Overall it's a very nice place if you're craving Mexican and you don't want to spend a lot. I definitely see me coming back to check out more options and I'll try to bring friends next time.

The food was great. The service was great as well. I loved the atmosphere but it did go for the party look on instagram and learned I had to book a party. That was disappointing but wasn't their fault. Would def go back.

I was going to take pictures for this review but in my eating frenzy I totally forgot. It was all so delicious! We had flautas, which were the perfect crispy texture, quesabirria (very tasty), and street tacos. The service is impeccable, and the restaurant's decor is very unique, with murals and greenery everywhere you look. Their Wednesday special is unbeatable--our meal was under $20 because we didn't order drinks.

We love this restaurant! The food is always good and the margaritas during the week are priced to enjoy more than one! Celeste and Keyla are excellent servers. We will be going here at least once a week!

Wow! My first impression of Aqui es Mexico was one of surprise, awe, and overall enjoyment! I had the longest day and typically wouldn't have been on this side of HP for dinner, but my daughter needed medication that was only available at the CVS down the road. While we waited for our meds, my daughter mentioned she was craving quesadillas. So off we went. The restaurant was playing some pretty loud, modern music which had some explicit lyrics but other than that, everything else was amazing. The ambiance, the service and the food all went well! I picked something at random under their house specialty portion of the menu, Carnitas de Quiroga, and I was shocked when the platter came to the table (see photo). Description: Slow Cooked Michoacan Style Pork, served with beans, guacamole, pico, and corn tortillas. I love that it was topped with pickled onions and our waitress brought some tasty salsa that just took the dish up a notch. I will absolutely be back!

The carnitas were tender and full of flavor, along with good black beans and rice. Solid dinner. Busy restaurant on NYE, and the service was decent. Glad we went early. My husband enjoyed his enchiladas verde.

Went for one last lunch with coworkers on my last day of work. This place always has fresh, tasty food, fantastic art and amazing decor. The staff was friendly from start to finish. They offer a great lunch menu with a good variety of options, and I've always left full. The pricing does tend to be a bit more than you'd expect from Mexican restaurants, but then quality is also really good! On this visit I got the Burrito Raquel from the lunch menu, and it was packed with steak and chorizo and topped with a nice portion of queso. , with sides of rice and beans. This burrito was seriously flavorful with the added chorizo, and they did not skimp! Wishing I still worked as close to this spot to grab a great dinners. At some point I'll have to take a longer lunch so I can go back!
